Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods,

  • In the case of a single order for multiple items that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.

notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

 

2. Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

For returns from non-EU countries, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import charges, taxes, or other return shipping costs. If the return is refused due to unpaid charges, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding costs from the refund amount.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

 

 

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery (Section 312g(2)(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

For health and hygiene reasons, our dietary supplements are delivered sealed (with protective film). The right to cancel expires as soon as the seal is removed after delivery. This applies to the following types of products:

  • For powders and granules in sealed bags or cans, since contamination cannot be ruled out once the package is opened. 

We expressly note that the exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only to products that have actually been opened. Unopened products may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period.
